We, consider it our responsibility as part of our Professional Code of Conduct to inform our users about our Privacy Policy. As our free themes are available publicly to download in the format of Zip files, no personal information is collected from you whatsoever. This Privacy Policy pertains to the data which is shared by our users while using purchasing our premium themes. Listed below are the types of data that you provide, how it is used by us, and who all have access to that data:
- Name, Email Address, IP address: While installing our paid themes, we ask you to enter your personal details such as name, email address, physical address, and contact number. These are used solely to verify your payment details and prevent any fraudulent activity. Simultaneously, your IP address is also tracked by our IP trackers to find your location and verify that the address that you’ve provided is the same.
- Login details: This is applicable to those who purchase premium themes and subscribe to our year-long customer support and service. The login details such as the username and password that you enter on the sign-in page are saved if you tick the ‘remember me’ icon. This information is saved for up to a year. In addition to this, a cookie can be generated by your browser known as a screen cookie asking you to save those details. You can choose the relevant option to save or delete your login details for the future. Note that the screen cookie option lasts for up to a year. If you choose to store login details using the login cookie, your information is stored for two weeks. To avoid saving your login details, log out when you finish your work.
- Any credit card details: The credit card details that you provide while purchasing our themes are not saved by us. They are provided on a one-time basis to purchase the theme using a secure and authorized payment portal.
- Personal data generated by third-party embeds: We do not claim any responsibility as to how the information that you share downloads and installs third-party plugins. However, generally, most third-party plugins use your personal information to inform you of new products and send you promotional newsletters. You can always unsubscribe to these by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ button. It is also important for you to note that by default, WordPress does not store any personal information of its users.
- Contact Form Data: Contact Forms are a medium of communication between the users and the customer service division. Any user can use the Contact Form to report queries, complaints, and feedback about any of the products they use. Any information entered by them in the Contact Form is directly stored in our customer service ERP. However, this information is only used to respond to those emails and resolve the customers’ queries.
- Media: Any uploaded files such as images and videos are generally accessible to everyone. Only the paid media files have restricted access.
- Comment Box: When your site visitor leaves a comment in the comment box, we do extract their information such as IP address, location, and browser user agent string. This is solely done to detect spam and malicious content.
- Regulatory requirements of the industry: As our products are licensed by GPL (General Public License), we are required to provide general information about our clients, processes, and products as part of regulatory disclosure requirements.
The team who has access to your data:
All your personal information that is entered while purchasing our themes are accessible to the Administrators and Shop Managers. This information includes:
- Order information such as product purchases, date and time of purchase and final destination of product.
- Customer information such as name, email address, contact details and billing information.
Please note that all of the above information is used discretely only to fulfill your orders and provide you with excellent customer service.
In no situation whatsoever, is our clients’ data disclosed, shared, sold or transferred to any external parties. This includes our third-party service providers who may aid us to operate our processes, run our website or develop our business.
Your personal information is kept confidential at all costs. Limited, anonymous data of your visitors is shared only with Google Analytics to analyze visitors and how they use your website.
